The Solluna Resort is nestled within the protected reserve forest of the Park. The Resort is operational, and in the midst of being reurbished. Post upgradation, the Resort would be rebranded 'Solluna Sarovar Premier'. The Resort spreads over 25 acres, and is situated on a river bank. The Solluna Resort comprises 18 individual cottages, a conference hall, a restaurant and bar and a swimming pool. The upgrades include increasing the number of cottages to above 40. Jim Corbett National Park is located in Terai, the foothills of the Himalayas in the Nainital district of Uttaranchal. This is the first wildlife reserve of India, extending over an area of more than 500 sq km. |
